JETS 2.0: A $6B IDIQ Success Story

In 2023, Greg was the proposal manager and Subject Matter Expert on  DLA's J6 Enterprise Technology Services massive IDIQ contract for IT-Strategy, a Woman-Owned Small Business. He coordinated across more than a dozen teaming partners, and oversaw multiple technical writers, while writing, editing, formatting and coordinating with senior leadership on a 400-page monster of a bid. Greg himself wrote fully 110 pages of the proposal and edited and ensured compliance of all 400 pages across a six-week contract.
